On the eve of the anniversary of the infamous Paris "disenfranchized North African" street riots youths torched two buses.
BBC reports:

Youths in the Paris suburbs have attacked two buses in separate incidents on the eve of the anniversary of rioting among immigrant communities.
In Nanterre, northwestern Paris, about 10 passengers fled a bus as masked youths set it ablaze, police said.

A similar attack happened in Bagnolet, eastern Paris, where a youth held a gun to the bus driver's head while others set it on fire, officials said.

Police report a spate of youth violence ahead of the anniversary.

Defence Minister Michele Alliot-Marie accused the youths of attempted murder in the latest incidents.

A security services report leaked to a French newspaper this week said that the conditions that led to last year's riots were still in place.

The "North African youths marched to the Ntional Asesembly yesterday to demand action:

Several hundred youths, of largely African and North African descent, marched to the National Assembly in Paris on Wednesday to present a list of complaints to the government.

They called for more action to tackle discrimination and more jobs and training for the young.

"Lots of people don't believe what we're doing. They don't understand the potential," Abdel Zahiri, one of the marchers, told the Associated Press news agency.

"The risk of violence exists, but hope exists, too," he said.
No Pasaran! says it was four buses that were torched, one of them was hijacked.

I'm sorry, but I have to ask:

Was there a religious component to any of this?

Maybe it's a leap. I'm just sayin'...

A "religious component"?
Doubt it. Just "youths".

I can predict the French response. It will go something like this:

1. French immigrant "disgruntled youth" torch cars and buses every night ... raising demand for replacement cars and buses.
2. French govt. deduces the true beneficiaries of this violence ... car/bus companies and dealers.
3. French govt. takes agressive action to punish the perpetrators ... slaps new tax on sales of cars and buses.
4. French govt. distributes new tax revenues (minus bureaucratic fees) to immigrant "disgruntled youth" to help them pay for transportation to look for jobs ... since their cars and buses have been torched.
5. Immigrant "disgruntled youth" know France's socialist economy offers no jobs due to restrictive labor laws ... and high taxes.
6. Immigrant "disgruntled youth" suddenly realize they all have paying jobs now ... torching cars and buses.
7. Immigrant "disgruntled youth" use new tax income to buy work supplies and uniforms ... gasoline, bottles, wicks, lighters, and black hoods.
8. Go to Step 1.

No religious component other than the fact that over 95% of the rioters are Muslim?

No religious component because the mainstream French media dislikes mentioning this?

Who's wearing the veil here exactly? Nex

Right, the Islamist dimension will magically disappear in the MSM and this will be all about race and doubleplusbad institutional French racism. No "Religion of Peace" trying to seize control of neighborhoods so they can replace secular French authority with Sharia, just a race riot triggered by the real "root cause" which could only be French racism.

It's just like what the MSM did to Australia during the Islamist intifada there. The MSM ignored Allah's elephant in the room and called the uprising a "race riot".

Did Lebanese Christians participate? Well, no, actually: the combatants were radical Muslims versus everyone else. Color, culture, country of origin, none of those correlated as directly with the identity of the combatants as did religion: Muslim on one side, everyone else on the other.

But the MSM can't criticize Muslims because they're cowardly dhimmis, so they invented a race angle and blamed the riots on racism, finding a way to blame the victims of Islamic intolerance for Islamic intolerance.

From No Pasaran:

The most spectacular incident took place at 1AM between Bagnolet and Montreuil. A gang of 10 pistol wielding hooded youths boarded the bus. One of the assailants placed his gun on the side of the bus driver's head and ordered him to get out of his seat.

The French police are not armed except for special SWAT type squads and even then they have to get permission to shoot from high up in the government. The citizens are not armed, either.

I remember reading a report about a year ago on how the Islamofascists have smuggled enough guns, ammo, grenaded, RPG's etc. along with gobs of ammo into France to equip about 10,000. They store it in mosques and a variety of other places. Needles to say the Gendarmes are not going to go into a mosque, nor are they going to go where the rest of it is stored.

Chirac better get the army on the streets and start ventilating these Jihadi wannabes before things get much worse. If it gets much worse the citizens will take matters into their own hands and then you will see a civil war in France. It will be bloody and barbaric. Do not be surprised if you see the Islamoghettos surrounded and burnt to the ground along with all the Islamists women and children. No one will go put the fire out, those who try to run away from it will be bludgeoned to death. The police will look the other way and any pesky "journalist" type will end up being one more body on the pile because no one involved is going to want any video/photos of this. Not the "utes" not the police, not the citizens and certainly not the government.

As for me I am going to pop some popcorn, grab a refreshing adult beverage of my choice and enjoy the floor show. It is appropriate that the French national symbol is the Rooster because it and the chickens are coming home to roost.

BTW-The MSM here will try to bury this and spin this like crazy. They do not want anyone getting the idea that Islam is not a "religion of peace" this close to the election.
