The Iranians are killing American troops in Iraq and our State Department officers meet with them, so smacking their own women around isn't likely to affect the diplomacy meter much.
Horrific? Insane? Barbaric? Wicked? Brutal? Inhuman?
Attempts to describe this sort of thing are impossible.
God help these poor women in Iran.

To the San Francisco liberals running Congress, this is acceptable. After all, they're not white women.
It is ten times worse in saudi arabia , yet the media does not cover it . at least in iran iranian allow jews and christians and zorostrians to pray in their temples and synagogues , and their women to play soccer, and drive cars and be part of the parliament , and own businesses , all this is ignored but saudi is protected by the western media , hypocrisy .
I do not support the violence on women , as a im a woman , and i hope the iranian gov corrects its faults .
