Did you notice that in the middle of the crowd the woman is looking rather jovial?
ReplyDeleteDon't rule out the possibility that her parent(s) took her to give her a brutal awakening to the terrible nature of Iran's government.
ReplyDeleteI've heard similar stories of resistance fighters in WWII showing their children the brutal reprisals conducted by the Nazis, in order to guarantee that the kids
A) Didn't develope loose lips
B) Realized what the parents were fighting against.
Of course, there's no guarantee that's what's happening there. . .but it's a possibility.
