This won't go over well... It runs contrary to the very foundation of the Defeatist party platform- not to mention the agenda of the liberal media.
Americans decided this week they'd rather win in Iraq than surrender to the Democratic Surrender plan.
Rasmussen reported:
Forty-three percent (43%) of Americans favor the recommendation made by General David Petraeus to withdraw 30,000 soldiers from Iraq but leave 130,000 troops in place at least through the summer. A Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 38% are opposed and 19% are not sure.Jeff Goldstein suspects the new center won't be too happy to hear this.
One major problem with these polls are the people who use the I don't know/no opinion option which is a real weak cop out. 43 divided by 81 is 53%. In other words 53% of Americans who actually pay some attention and have formed an opinion are in favor and 47% oppose. At least according to this poll.
