Thousands took to the streets after prayers to rally against Israel and the West.

TEHRAN (Fars News Agency)- Millions of Iranians once again held annual International Qods Day rallies on Friday, with a call by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for Israel to be relocated, away the Middle East and the Islamic world. "Canada and Alaska have vast lands, why don't you relocate them (Israel) over there and keep helping them over there with (aid of) 30 to 40 billion dollars per year for building a new existence over there," President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said in a speech.Here are a few photos from the Qods Day rally in Iran:

The Late Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, had declared the last Friday of the fasting month of Ramadan to be "the International Qods Day", intended to be a day to call for the liberation of Qods (Jerusalem) from Israeli occupation.The Jerusalem Post has more on Ahmadinejad's rant.
After Mecca in Saudi Arabia, Jerusalem, or Qods in Arabic, is the holiest place for Muslims.
Hundreds of thousands attended the International Qods Day rallies in Tehran.
Ahmadinejad and ex-president Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani held speeches after the demonstration at the Friday prayer ceremony at Tehran University.
Iran does not recognize Israel and insists on a referendum to clarify the geographic and political status of the "occupied territories of Palestine" in which also millions of Palestinian refugees should be allowed to vote.

Why not move the Palestinians to the Gobi Desert. I would help pay for that. It would do wonders for world peace. And after all, they have no more claim to Jerusalem than the Jews. Or haven't these Muslim asswipes noticed that they built their Al Aqsa mosque on top of a Jewish Temple that predated Mohammed by nearly a thousand years. Nothing like an Iranian rent-a-mob with a whole bunch of signs and banners done up in impeccable English. Most members of the mob itself would not have a clue what message is being conveyed. But that is of trifling importance - those demonstrations are designed, directed, filmed, edited and produced to bulldoze public opinion in America (in the UK the bulldozing is now 78.6% complete, according to news analysts at my local bar).
Why the hell can't we get some signs printed up in Farsi with opposing sentiments, assemble our own rent-a-mob, stage a grand riot and film it for YouTube? Well, to me it's not so funny that it only cost bin laden apx 1/2 million dollars to pull of 911, or that Iran has the world's second largest reserves of conventional crude oil, or that they have ties to, and sponsor terrorist groups, that their leader truely wants to bring about their messiah, the 12th imam - which can only happen through massive carnage, and that he is hell-bent on getting nukes.

Only 35 countries, most of them western states voted for Israel when it was recognized as a UN member. Do western countries have the right to give give away land that belongs to others? now don't answer the land belongs to the Zionists, because if you that is what will be hilarious. They have 2000 year old claim to the land, which you call legitimate! In that case any war fought since 2000 years ago can be repeated as long as the side that lost the war gathers enough power and money! For example,, the aboriginals in Australia, or the Indians in America (who were defeated in much more recent conflicts)can claim their land, if only they had enough power and capital. If so, that all these international regulations and organizations are nothing more than bull shit.
Israel stands against the core of indigenous Arabs. It is a symbol of racism and religious discrimination. If Israel acts based on international laws it will have to let refugees return. But it can't, because if it does than they will be they majority who would even change the name of Israel if their rights are recognized, and that would be the end of the Jewish state.
Israel even discriminates against its own Arab citizens who are currently living within its borders.They are only second rate citizens.
Now isn't it ironical that the West supports Israel, a Jewish state. While it is the most scariest thing if a state becomes Islamic, the Jewish state is considered to be god's greatest gift. Now, wait a minute wasn't the West supposed to export democracy and SECULARISM.
