Gay Activist Was Previous Guest on CNN
After CNN was busted by Bob Bennet last night for having a member of Hillary's steering committee ask questions at the Republican debate, Anderson Cooper said this:
"Certainly had we had that information would have ackowleged that (he was a member of Hillary's Gay Steering Committee) if we would have used his question if we would have used it at all."The video is HERE.
You would think that CNN would have known who they had in their debate.
After all, he was on CNN before:
It wasn't the first time gay activist Retired Brig. Gen. Keith Kerr was a guest on CNN back in 2003:
Gay ex-military officers speak outYou would think that someone at CNN would have googled "Keith Kerr, CNN."
It's been 10 years since "don't ask, don't tell" became the policy for gay people in the military. Three high-ranking officers, now retired and now revealing that they are gay, are among those against the policy.
It's not that difficult.
Thanks Suzie!

How can anyone not look at this general and the other 'plants' during the debate and not think that CNN was at best biased and at worst complicit?
The entire MSM is nothing more than an organ of the Democrat Party. The political reportage on CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC, et al should be charged to the Clinton campaign and the DNC as contributions in kind.
I READ SOMEWHERE THAT ANDERSON COOPER IS GAY AND HAS BEEN CALLED THE HIGHEST PROFILE GAY MEDIA PERSON IN THE WORLD.
IT IS INCONCEIVABLE TO ME THAT HE WOULDN'T KNOW THIS GAY GENERAL ACTIVISTS - ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY GAY GENERAL WAS ON CNN.
THIS PROVES THAT THAT CNN AND THE OTHER NETS ARE IN THE TANK FOR THE DEMS.
I THINK THAT THE FCC SHOULD INVESTIGATE.
Red Herring. The real crime is that no one answered the question. The answers given have been used to prevent women from working as a fireman, soldier, pilot, and in Islamic countries - drive a car. The have been used to prevent the integration of the military, police, schools, etc. Bigotry always answers the same way - "yes they should, but now is not the time".

well, i haven't done any extensive research, but every time CNN or another MSM station pulls a boner.. "Soros is behind this" just pops into my head..
ie: a couple of flashbacks..
A Left-Wing Plant at ABC News
excerpts:
[Halperin, then head of the Soros Open Society Institute, brought former Clinton chief of staff John Podesta into the discussions. Podesta was made president of what became the Center for American Progress and Halperin became Senior Vice President.
The Soros connection lies behind many in the media but is rarely disclosed.]
[We conducted some research into MediaChannel.org, only to discover that this group, like so many others on the left, has taken money from Soros.]
[And the media are complicit in the scheme in their constant references to Soros as just a "philanthopist."]
CNN's George Soros-gate
excepts:
[Clear and convincing evidence indicates that billionaire money manipulator and anti-conservative activist George Soros provided financing for research on a CNN documentary.]
[In the campaign to assist those who have commit-ted crimes against Americans, a Soros grant was given to Linda Evans, who was pardoned by Bill Clinton for her involvement in the Weather Underground terrorist group.]
[Byron York of National Review disclosed that the Soros OSI also funded the legal defense fund of attorney Lynne Stewart, who was convicted of providing material aid to Islamic terrorists.]

Thank you, Jim for linking my blog.
This morning in a NYT article about "A New Push to Roll Back 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell".
Letter to urge CONGRESS on Friday.
I remember this issue being sparred by the Dems (briefly) at their debate on CNN in Vegas. Actually one of the candidates reminded and asking Hillary about if she stood by her husband's policy. Hillary squirmed of course...no real answer.
So this issue was already in the making....when CNN flew Kerr to bring this issue forward for the FL debate. IMO anyway.....With alittle digging I'm sure it will fall into place.
E. Gomez -
I thought that the question WAS answered, it was just that the General didn't like the answer he received.
None of the candidates favor changing the current policy and want to leave it up to the military.
Travis Lemaster,
It took PRESIDENT Truman to integrate the military. The MILITARY had to comply. A President leads the military. This is not question of military tactics. This is a question of leadership.
By not answering the question, they are not showing leadership. They are instead, letting others make POLICY. The military does NOT make POLICY.
