Speaker Pelosi + Ayman al-Zawahiri = 2

On Thursday Speaker Pelosi and Ayman al-Zawahiri both made statements.
It is weird how they both appear to be aiming at the same target.

Thursday April 3, 2008--
Al-Qaeda's deputy leader Ayman al- Zawahiri on Iraq:

"First: I expect the Jihadi influence to spread after the Americans’ exit from Iraq, and to move towards Jerusalem (with Allah’s permission). As for the militias mentioned, they have failed to eliminate the Jihad with the help of what is called the strongest power in the history of mankind."

Thursday April 3, 2008--
Speaker of the House Democrat Nancy Pelosi on Iraq:

What I hope we don't hear from General Petraeus next week is any glorification of what has just happened in Basra and a presentation that says that the Iraqi forces went in there, did the job, violence is diminished, mission accomplished... So we have to know the real ground truth of what is happening there, not put a shine on events because of the resolution that looks less violent.
Of course, this isn't the first time that Speaker Nancy Pelosi has sounded like an al-Zawahiri spokesperson.

Pelosi and Zawahiri are both committed on Iraq.
...They are both committed on America losing Iraq.

More... Senator Biden calls the Bush surge a failure.

UPDATE: Here's the video of Pelosi saying there is no Al-Qaeda in Iraq.

I remember shillary calling Gen. Petraeus a liar during a Senate hearing. That was as foolish a statement as her philandering spouse claiming he had no "Sexual relations with that woman. miss Lewinsky."

Any attack by the dems against Petraeus or our military is just as outrageous. Pelosi is a traitor!

one does not have to be blind to have noticed the Dhimmi Dem & AQ et al mutual admiration society..

albeit they use different methods, they both want to dominate the world via their ideology..

one wants a Global Sharia Caliphate..

the other an International free for all Utopia ("noplace")..

Pelosi should be committed. She is one of those kind of people who are so stupid that they would insist that 1 + 1 = 3 instead of 2, until they were blue in the face - just too darn stupid for words.

Pelosi reminds me of the old, ugly Hanoi Jane Fonda - two traitors.

This is the woman who wants to legislate on the subject of Iraq, and who called Bush a liar for saying that Al-Qaeda is in Iraq.

She should have been fired for incompetence.

She should have been fired for incompetence.

Hopefully she will be in November.

I think that the rest of the Dem ticket is going to get dragged down by their presidential candidate, especially if Obama is the nominee.

Why? Saint Petraeus said at those hearings that violence was down in Iraq. That was a lie. The surge drove violence up in Iraq: every month of 2007 until September had higher violence than the same time the year before.

Violence only went down in September 2007 after Sadr called his cease-fire. So Sadr brought down the violence after the surge failed, but was it right of Petraeus to say that violence was down when it wasn't? No, sir.

So, to summarize, Saint Petraeus lied at the hearings (violence was up, but he said it was down) because he would rather see many more Americans and Iraqis die than hurt his career by admitting that the surge failed. Commenters here, of course, see Petraeus as a God because you share his goal of defeating America (by keeping us in Iraq forever) and you're mad at Evil Moonbat Pelosi for wanting to avoid American defeat (withdrawing from Iraq's civil war is not "defeat," but continuing to kill Iraqis and Americans forever definitely is a defeat).

Everything you said is correct, after all. But the idiots on here will never actually refute anything you say. They'll just call you names, call you a troll, and go about their happy delusional life.

I wonder if the people on here were outraged when McCain said he agreed with bin Laden on the importance of Iraq.

That statement by McCain goes to show just how ignorant the so-called "foreign policy expert" is on this War of Terror. NO shit bin Laden wants us in Iraq. That way, we ignore his group regaining strength in Afghanistan.

And this coming from McCain?!?!

Besides being a POW, what qualifies McCain to be our Commander-in-Chief, especially considering how ignorant and senile he is on foreign policy, which is supposedly his strongest point?

Obama Adviser Calls for Troops
To Stay in Iraq Through 2010

excerpt:

[The paper, obtained by The New York Sun, was written by Colin Kahl for the center-left Center for a New American Security. In “Stay on Success: A Policy of Conditional Engagement,” Mr. Kahl writes that through negotiations with the Iraqi government “the U.S. should aim to transition to a sustainable over-watch posture (of perhaps 60,000–80,000 forces) by the end of 2010 (although the specific timelines should be the byproduct of negotiations and conditions on the ground).”]

And these same anons will be explaining to us how right and good it will be, when US troops are dying in Darfur, where AQ-Africa has been preparing for a dhimmicrat president for the last few years.
