Obama Takes North Carolina-- Hillary Takes Indiana--
OBAMA TAKES NORTH CAROLINA...
FOX News reported:
Barack Obama won the North Carolina Democratic primary Tuesday, FOX News projects, preventing Hillary Clinton from staging an election-day upset in the Tar Heel State. In North Carolina--
Clinton took the early lead in Indiana, but it was still too early to call the race.
The two states are the last big contests on the primary calendar and together offer the final chance for the candidates to make a serious dent in the delegate counts.
Obama consistently led in North Carolina polls, but Clinton was making inroads in recent weeks, closing his lead to single digits.
Obama won thanks in huge part due to black voters- 91% to 6%
Clinton won 59% of white vote to Obama 36%
12% of voters were under 30 voted today.
Obama won a majority of theses young voters, college educated along with those with no college degree.

Obama is speaking in North Carolina-- Barack mentioned his father's casket was draped with the American flag(?)
He's ready to put the Wright controversy behind him.
UPDATE 2: KentuckyVotes.org says there was good news for McCain tonight.
UPDATE 3: You could see this coming... Hillary ends her speech urging Democrats to seat the Florida and Michigan delegates.
UPDATE 4: Mary Katharine Ham has a telling photo from the Obama rally.

"Obama won thanks in huge part due to black voters- 91% to 6%

Oh, those "racist" whites, voting on what they think are issues, not color.
Well, I sure am surprised. No, really. I would have thought there would be more Blacks out there who were at least trying to think for themselves, and who voted ideas rather than color.
But wait, maybe they are? Since Hillary and Obama are pretty much the same, what's the difference if they vote for him?
Take a look at the primaries left and do the math.
The below are regular delegates, no superdelegates included.
West Virginia-28 delegates Clinton will win this one by 10%+
Kentucky-51 delegates Clinton will win this by 10%+
Oregon-52 delegates Obama will win this by 10%+
Puerto Rico-55 delegates Clinton will win this by 10%+
Montana-16 delegates There are no polls to judge this by but I am going to guess that Clinton will win it. Montana is not a prairie populist state and there are not enough moonbats there to combat Operation Chaos.
South Dakota-15 delegates Obama might squeak this one by
If the above holds true the delegate count would be
Clinton-150 delegates for a total of 1602
Obama-67 delegates for a total of 1919
Neither would have enough regular delegates to win.
The totals with the pledged superdelegates are
Clinton-1874
Obama-2175
Unpledged superdelegates-214
So statistically as it sits now both have a chance of winning the nomination.
Now I know some of you are going to say that the superdelegates will give it to Obama. You can not predict that with all the dirty laundry of Obama's just ready to get an airing. The MSM and the Democrats have tried to bury it without success and when it does come out they try to spin it until they puke from dizziness and that hasn't succeeded, either.
Everyone needs to remember that the worst of Obama's dirty laundry has yet to really get an airing.
Now you have a very motivated Clinton wing of the Democratic party combined with the Republicans and the chances of Obama's dirty laundry being hung out on the line for all to see are almost 100%.
Toss into the mix the always "charming and erudite" Michelle Obama who can be guaranteed to drop a couple very usable quotes a week. Quotes that rival her hubby's "ignorant redneck racists" comment and which are fair game to use.
Pledged superdelegates are not obligated to vote for who they have announced for. They can change that anytime they like.
If it becomes apparent that by the time the convention rolls around that Obama's coalition of blacks, moonbats and the MSM will not only lose big but drag down the rest of the party ticket with it I am going to guess you may just see some of those superdelegates who say they are voting for Obama now but when it comes time to actually vote will vote for Clinton.
I am so glad I have the week of the convention off!
Oh, I forgot the Michigan and Florida factor. The Democrats can not afford to toss 44 electoral votes out the window.
If the Democrats keep them locked out they stand a very good chance of pissing the voters in those states off enough to lose them in November.
Obama is already doing a good enough job pissing off the Michigan votes with the shite that comes out of his mouth, the Dem leadership can not afford to piss off even more voters.
In Florida he will not carry three core Democratic groups (Cubans, other Hispanics and Jews) and the Democrats can not afford to piss off anymore potential votes there, either.
