Obama will not release this document.
Barack Obama Sr. left Barack when he was 2. He did come back and visit his son one other time before his death. Obama Sr. had 8 children with 4 different women.
There are longstanding rumors going around about why he will not release this this information including that he was born in Kenya and that his real name is Barry.
But, maybe it comes down to this...
Barack Obama Senior was married to his first African wife, Kezia, when he came to Hawaii to study. They had one son Roy and she was pregnant with daughter, Auma, when he flew to America.
It is not clear if Barack Obama Sr. and 18 year old Ann Dunham were married when Barrack Obama Jr. was born.
The birth certificate may hold this information.

What is important is that he will not release his birth certificate, which indicates that he is covering something up. So what is he covering up? Obama should be required to release his birth certificate, at least, to show that he is indeed a U.S. citizen.

The sentence I bolded is due to the "never" word being used. Someone needs to verify if the NYT ever ran any story about Obama's citizenship issue, probably on page "A-66."
Other than that the sliming tactic of NYT shows what camp they're in for frontpage hit jobs on the Republican candidate. Using anonymous sources with tabloid journalism, they dishonored McCain and his wife with a timely hit piece. Yet they fail to run front page hit pieces against their false messiah and Commie supporter Obama.
Barack Hussein Obama needs to release his birth certificate for multiple reasons. We need to know the legitimate issues. He must do it as anyone must in America for multiple reasons. Since when is Obama above the law? And yes it makes a huge difference. Did he lie about his father in any way writing his fictionalized autobiography?
This man and his cronies hit McCain every chance they get on his background, his birth, his divorce. The leftist media do the same. Fair is fair. The future of America depends upon knowing what background, roots and character these men have running for President.
McCain released his records, so did his wife. As usual, the Democrats do nothing, release nothing, like John Kerry, they say one thing and do another.
