How about Canada?
Pakistan wants the EU to amend their laws so that they will not offend Islam again.
Jihad Watch has the news (warning) from Pakistan including this:
They said that the delegation would also tell the EU that if such acts against Islam are not controlled, more attacks on the EU diplomatic missions abroad could not be ruled out.The Danish Motoons were very offensive to Muslims and resulted in dozens of deaths and torched embassies.

Here is one of the offensive cartoons that "caused" radical Muslims to mass murder.
Pakistani officials believe the blame lies with Denmark and the EU.
Last week an Al-Qaeda suicide bomber blew up outside the Danish Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Al-Qaeda blamed their cold-blooded murder on the Danish Motoons.

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA
[Taken as a whole, they verify Thomas Sowell's observation that Obama has "spent decades aiding and abetting people who hate America."]

BHO is 50% white 43.75% Arab and 6.25% Africa Negro.
ReplyDeleteBarack from the Arabic name Baraka,
Hussein Arabic,Obama Arabic, when is America going to wake up!
The reaction of the Islamic world, particularly those in Pakistan, is so over the top in response to these cartoons it would be completely comical if they weren't targeting people for death as a result.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure Iran held some kind of cartoon contest with the Holocaust being the subject and while that's certainly tasteless and says alot more about those holding the contest then anything else, I wouldn't call for someone's death over a cartoon, which pails in comparison to their efforts to crank out nuclear weapons and their unwavering state sponsorship of global terrorism.
The Islamists crying about the cartoons are bad enough, but to use them as an excuse to commit murder is ridiculous to the third degree.
Let's see, should we give the EU 30 nanoseconds or 1-second before they surrender? They might delay their answer a bit but…..
ReplyDeletehmmmm this is a tough one.
Amend this, you mutts.
ReplyDeleteenuff,
ReplyDeleteI don't think it's fair to blame all Europeans for cowardness and appeasement anymore then it is fair to judge all Americans by the antics of code pink.
Personally, I would have published the cartoons on the front of every daily paper in the world because their reaction made it newsworthy.
However most papers and news networks in the US bowed to the fear of violence citing respect for religious beliefs.
HA!
Where was the same respect for Christianity when they published pictures of the Holy Mother made from piss?
I believe the papers that did publish the cartoons were in Denmark and believe it or not, France.
What? Crack down on freedom of speech in Europe? That's not possible anymore, it's already going downhill and will soon be done for.
ReplyDeleteNa, don't blame all the Europeans. Blame the politicians here, and the media. MSM in Europe are spewing only one thing: pure and total crap. And the politicians outright spit on democracy (two words: EU treaty).
Yet, there's hope. The Italians and the Swiss are moving. And, just today, all the parties responsible for Austria accepting the EU treaty, got butchered during elections in Tyrol.
As much as I dislike neoconservative foreign policy, I'm deeply grateful for the domestic neoconservative emphasis on checking and reversing political correctness run amuck trends that set the stage for eventual suppressions of speech due to "offense."

ReplyDeleteDrew @ 1:20 AM..
in all honesty, and albeit his name et al doesn't help any.. bottom line is none of it matters.. what does matter is Obama's "ideology"..
to paraphrase MLK.. what's on the outside matters not, it's the content within that counts..

TaSS is clumsy, but correct. FAR more EU papers have published the Mostoons than American. So, who's the more chicken-livered?
