Code Pink disrupted President Bush at the 46th Annual Independence Day Celebration and Naturalization Ceremony:

Here's the video of the crazed loons, via Free Republic:
This crap is getting reaalllly old.
It was nice of the Leftists to ruin the naturalization ceremony for the new Americans and their families.
It was not clear if this nut was with Code Pink or not.
(Yahoo)
UPDATE: The crazed Pinko running at President Bush is Desiree Farooz, the same lunatic who assaulted Condoleezza Rice with "bloody" hands at a Senate hearing last October. This dangerous woman is going to get seriously hurt some day.
Although, not verified, another commenter claims the nut in the UVA shirt was Kucinich's press secretary.
UPDATE 2: The freaks were screaming "F**K You Bush!"
The New Editor has video.
They were also taking turns disrupting the president.
That's not freedom of speech- That's abuse.
UPDATE 3: McClatchy Watch confirms via After Downing Street that the nut in tht UVA shirt is Code Pink photographer S. Johnson. The disruption was coordinated by David Swanson, the former press secretary for Dennis Kucinich.
Keep it classy, Democrats.
No couth at all.
ReplyDeleteDitto daniel's comment...
ReplyDeleteOnly one thing would've sweeten that situation and that would've been those that were hauled off were yelling: "Don't Tase Me Bro"...
Classy.
ReplyDeleteJust when you think these leftards have stooped as low as they can go, they dig a little deeper!
ReplyDeleteWe went to Monticello with Neo-neocon last autumn. And my son was there just a few weeks ago with his girlfriend. It's a wonderful place.
ReplyDeleteIf you've been there, you wonder what Jefferson's ghost thinks of this mess? It certainly is against everything he stood for...
Happy 4th to the Loons. What a way to celebrate.
These must be the children of the Brats of the '60s. Want to guess who they're going to vote for? These are the same Blue Folk of Charlottesville (where Monticello is located) who show up on the pedestrian mall downtown sporting T-shirts with witty sayings about Bushitler, et all.
NYC is the Big Apple. Charlottesville is Lil Kumquat: sweet on the outside, sour and seedy in the middle.
Part of Lil Kumquat's anger is driven by the fact that it is nothing but a tiny blob of blue in an otherwise red Congressional District, which continues to vote in Virgil Goode at every election.
Goode went from being a Dem, passing thru being an Independent, and on into the Republican party. They try to paint him as stupid (aren't all Republicans inherently stupid and unhappy?) but it won't wash.
I actually had a Dem, a graduate of Va Law school and a bright young woman, ask me if I knew that Virgil Goode was not bright. I pointed out to this otherwise intelligent Echols Scholar (they get to live on the Lawn at UVa) that like she had, Virgil had graduated from the Law School. I asked her if she had made the Law Review. She admitted sheepishly she hadn't. I pointed out to her that Virgil had indeed done so and asked if she thought it might be an affirmative action appointment (Virgil is very white)...
First time I ever walked away from a conversation with a Dem in which I got the last word. Did I change her mind? Nah. She's a lawyer, after all, caught in the Charlottesville socialist miasma.
that's et al, not et all. I'm a careless typist.
ReplyDeleteI am not a violent person, nor would I be very good at violence if I were. But if I am ever anywhere that one of these clown shoes pulls a stunt like this, all those hours of watching MMA are finally going to pay off.
ReplyDeleteBut, please don't question their patriotism.
ReplyDeleteAt one time in our nation's history, even milquetoast Democrats and globalists, like Woodrow Wilson, understood the meaning of sedition. It can only get worse folks.
THe fact that even George Orwell had to specifically state "rough" men, lends one to believe there have always been nancy-boys in our country.
Happy Signing Day, remember our independence was declared July 2, 1776.
I don't think the crazies ruined anything. They tried, but they failed.
ReplyDeleteThis is just another example of the selfishness of the loony left. On a day celebrating those people who went through rigorous channels to become citizens, code pinko tries to steal their thunder with this garbage.
ReplyDeleteAs usual, President Bush handled himself with grace and dignity, something that these lunatics will never exhibit or grasp.
Typical moonbat behavior. Too bad there is no Constitutional Right to a good pop in the snout.
ReplyDeleteThis is being written with the full understanding that my thoughts are not PC, nor probably even legal. Nevertheless, these morons continue to engage in this type of activity because they pay no price for their idiotic actions. If those who were having their rights violated, the rank and file of the audience, would exact a penalty for this behavior, it would cease or at least decrease. If those who are in attendance to hear the president or whoever speak would slap the snot out of these morons, their list of volunteer fool protesters would surely shrink. Bear in mind this retribution should be at the hands of the attending citizenry, not the authorities. Plenty have fought for their freedom of speech, let these fools get a taste of it.
ReplyDeleteyou could clearly hear a AMERICAN SAY SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN
ReplyDeleteand the rest of the crowd aplauded the president when he said in america we have free speech
yochanan of lgf
That nut in the UVA shirt was Kucinich's press secretary during his 2004 presidential campaign--just cuz you asked.
ReplyDeleteWow! Nobody mentioned that that first pic is straight out of the '70s incarnation of Invasion of the Body Snatchers? Somehow I think that's pretty apropo given what some people have become over the past eight years...
ReplyDeleteI wonder if these anit-Americans would allow their disruptive behavior at any of their meetings. The Democratic Convention will not.
ReplyDeleteThese new Americans deserved better than an introduction by childish brats.
They can't stand the idea of freedom, doing what is right by law or earning one's citizenship.
Shameful behavior and inappropriate.

"Happy Signing Day, remember our independence was declared July 2, 1776."
No, independence was not declared on July 2, 1776. There was such a news story published by LiveScience the other day, but it was yet another erroneous media mis-revision of history wrongly repeated by LiveScience.
What Congress actually did on July 2nd, 1776 was something quite different from an immediate declaration of independence. In early June 1776, Lee made a motion for Congress to adopt three initiatives which would result in the independence of the United Colonies. The first initiative was a declaration of independence. The second initiative was a plan for a central government. The third was an initiative to establish diplomatic relations with foreign sovereigns and governments as a new and sovereign governemnt of the United Colonies or United States.
Meeting as a committe of the while, the Congress resolved to include Lee's proposed language as a part of the yet uncompleted declaration of independence. Congress also resolved on July 2nd to continue its consideration of the full declaration of independence to the morrow of July the 3rd and then July the 4th. Congress did not finalize the revision of the declaration of indpendence and actually adopt it as an instrument for a declaration of independence until the 4th of July 1776. So, although the Congressional committee resolved to include Lee's language into the declaation of independence, Congress did not resolve to adopt the final and complete declaration of independence until the 4th of July 1776.
Signing of the Declaration of Independence did not occur until long after July 4, 1776, when the Congressional representatives began signing a formal engrossed copy of the Declaration of Independence in August 1776.
The other two initiatives included in Lee's motion were not fulfilled until long after the events of July 1776.
The truth of these facts can be seen and proven by reading the fifth volume of the Journal of Congress for June and July 1776. There you can see how Congress resolved to accept Lee's motion regarding part of the text to be included in the declaration while also resolving to continue consideration of the declaration of independence until it was finally adopted on July 4, 1776.
This hatred's all over the web. The depths of depravity seen in the left's dancing on Jesse Helms' grave fits right along with Code Pink's bizarro anti-Americanism...
ReplyDeleteI blame poor potty training.
ReplyDeleteThe Moonbat is CodePink member Desiree Anita Ali-Fairooz. She was the one who painted her hands red and confronted Condoleezza Rice at a congressional hearing last year.

and what do you think would (will?) be the response to a loon like this protesting an Obama event ???????

Well, Bush is a War Criminal, and I'm not a Leftist.
ReplyDeleteWell of course these Code Pink morons don't care about causing trouble at this venue. These good folks were LEGAL IMMIGRANTS and therefore don't count as victims but are rather sell-outs for taking the time to legally become productive citizens.

Your false and defamatory comment is just as ignorant, poor in judgement, and wildly ill considered as the comments of any Leftist.
Unfortunately the Idiot-in-Chief is almost always protected from hecklers, so this was one of the rare opportunities to voice what the polls are saying, which is that your president's approval rating is 23%

Sadly, for you it appears, he is your President too, unless you care to admit to promoting sedition and subversion of the rule of law.
Bush is Hitler...Bush is a War Criminal...blah blah blah.
ReplyDeleteYou can't respect the sanctity of a ceremony that rewards the struggle and hard work of persons who struggled to get to America and become citizens.
You and your kind willingly crap on any moment as if any extreme justifies us hearing your precious, precious message.
This is specifically why you idiots get marginalized and mocked; you ruin any credibility you might ever have had by alienating yourselves so thoroughly.
You are as selfish as a fart in an elevator.
God bless the new Americans sworn in today.

You know, I think it would be really funny if these Code Pinkers pushed their luck just a little too far, interrupted another speaker, and the whole crowd just got up and beat the piss out of them.
ReplyDeleteNow, I'm not recommending that nor endorsing that, just saying it would be really funny. Really, really funny. And sobering, I imagine, for all the little Code Pinksters.
Why do the leftist trolls hold their convictions so dearly that they always sign them "Anonymous"?
ReplyDeleteIf you believe in the point you wish to make, why don't you stand behind it?
Shameful behaviour by Code Pink-o, shameful commenting by the leftists!
BTW, does anyone know Code Pink's website address?
I'd like to know who that code pink bitch is so I could make her life as miserable as she made the new American's ceremony. What a scumbag she is.
ReplyDeleteI can't think of a more appropriate occasion to call for the impeachment of a traitor to the Constitution and the citizens of the United States of America.
ReplyDeleteAnother "remarkable" display by people who have never gone without or lost their freedoms. If they had, they wouldn't squander it so senselessly, insulting the President as they did.
ReplyDeleteGWB 23 percent. Still twice as high as the execrable, do-nothing, plan to bring about lower gas prices, 'Here Al-Queda, target this Republican administration staffer', Money in the Freezer democratic congress. Contempt of Congress, who doesn't?
ReplyDeleteAccording to the left-wing site AfterDowningStreet, org, the protest was organized by David Swanson.

The nut in the UVA shirt is Code Pink photographer S. Johnson.
Anyone saying Bush is Hitler... please, go back to school, or shoot yourself, because... you're really too dumb to live. Such a comparison only proves that the person who uses it has not even the smallest idea of who Hitler was and how the Nazis worked.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, kids... Nazi is an abbreviation of... NationalSOCIALISM, also called NationalSOZIALISMUS in German. Another socialism, great, hu?
And, historically speaking, the Nazis were never really "right winged". The right wing, historically, is the educated "bourgeoisie", the middle class. The commies didn't like them, the nazis didn't like them either. Who joined the NSDAP and the SA in the beginning? Who flocked to it? The middle class? Hardly. Hitler's "old comrades" were usually criminals and people of very low education, hardly anyone who qualifies as "middle class". See any similarities to Code Pink or any other group of peace thugs? I do.
And let me close with this: if Bush is a war criminal... what about Lincoln? Oh yes, the great, great Abe Lincoln... who outright ignored the constitution, who decided to ignore the habeas corpus, and who fought a war without approval of the congress... Hmmm... but hey, he freed the slaves, that's gotta count for something, that's more important than the constitution, right? Now, let me get this straight: Lincoln ignores the constitution, frees the slaves (even though evidence suggest that the Rebels planned to do that as well, Lincoln was just a bit faster) and thus everything is alright. Bush follows the constitution, frees the Iraqis... and is a war criminal for that? Wow... the Neo-Communists are a bunch of racist bastards, because... a black person seems to be worth more than an Arab in their eyes.
Damn glad to see some people with enough balls to stand up and tell W to his face that they don't like fascism.
ReplyDeleteNixon's revenge has gone on long enough. It's time to get back to being America again, where people are free to say what they think, and the whole country is, in fact, a "free speech zone."
I am fed up with these left wing nut jobs. Nobody is keeping them here. Why don't they move to another country? I have to ask "where is the Ku Klux clan when you need them"?
ReplyDeleteListen Up People. Freedom of speech does not nor did it ever mean saying whatever you want whenever you want.
ReplyDeleteLet's face it we all realize that if we really said what was on our minds most of the time noboody would be talking to us. Your freedom stops when it impinges/infringes upon the freedom/rights of others! These people obviously have too much free time on their hands.
Furthermore the liberals complain about freedom. How arrogant! It's the lefties that are taking away are freedoms. They are the champions of nanny government. Not Bush! It's the lefties that want to tell us what we can eat, where we can smoke, who we can pray to, what temperature we can keep our thermostats on, where and how fast we can drive our cars and on and on forever!! Sounds like communism to me!
Swan's website is here:
ReplyDeletehttp://www.davidswanson.org/
He confirms that he was one of the protesters and is clearly the one in your photo.
And yes, he was "Press Secretary for Dennis Kucinich's 2004 presidential campaign"
These idiots always whine about freedom of speech with no clue about it. It means you can't be prosecuted for treason, sedition etc for publicly saying something that disagrees with the govt. It is NOT a license to disrupt an event. Nor does it mean freedom from responsibility.
ReplyDeleteThese clowns were thrown out of an event for disrupting it. They weren't arrested. Grow up & learn something.
BEAT THEM!! show them you care! hurray for the pink black and blue!
ReplyDeleteTypical lack of decency and manners to the President and to people that are having a huge event in their life. Kind of like getting heckled at your own wedding.

ReplyDeleteI think that's exactly what they're waiting for too.
Wow, anon, directly above this comment, that was a lovely little missive. Thank goodness for all the Left's compassion. How in the Hell can you even operate a computer with your obviously yet to evolve hands?
ReplyDeleteAnd Anon, about midway through this comment thread, I have never heard of LiveScience, but it doesn't seem like a good reference on history just because of the name. There are many better sources for what I stated, but the one that I regard highly is one from John Adams. He wrote the letter to his wife, Abigail on July 3, 1776, telling her that July 2 would be known as the day that we declared our independence, he was very direct with his discription of what should happen on the second in the future. The vote took place on the July 2, 1776 with New York abstaining, the rest of the colonies voted yes. I am not arguing the point, but the actual vote took place on the second, and was instaneously in effect. Everyone involved knew that.
Yes, I celebrate like everyone else does that loves this country, on the fourth of July as well as every other day during the year.

Sounds like this waste of blood and tissue needs to go to a deserted area, strap explosives on itself and do a quick impersonation of an Islamofascist suicide bomber. Oh, and don't forget the videotape so we can all watch your only contribution to the global gene pool.

These selfish, adolescent losers have no clue that their tantrums are on par with the disruptions organized by Fred Phelps and his fundamentalist followers. Pointless, ineffective posturing that accomplishes exactly nothing except pissing off the grown-ups (which is the true goal of adolescents everywhere).
ReplyDeleteAnd they probably all went back to their shacks to smoke some doobie and high five each other about how they showed "The Man", completely clueless that if Bush's America were truly fascist, their smelly butts would have been hauled off to jail before they even had a chance to speak up (as if their clever pink attire were not a dead give-away).
No Cincinnatus, they want the "man" to mistreat them so they can cry Nazi, fascist and so on. if the crowd spaps the pewadoodle out of them it will only demonstrate the scorn in which normal, logical folks hold them.
ReplyDeleteI think it may be time to start following these Code Pinkos everywhere they go, with some tar and a bag of feathers, and do a little unto them as they've been doing for far too long. Anyone care to join my movement? :-)
ReplyDeleteI dissent thier dissent. Im twice as patriotic as any code pink fascist. yay for me!
ReplyDeleteWhen and if Obama get in Code Pink will protest him to. If Pres Obama is not with all troops out of Iraq one minute past the 16 months that they may give him or not earlier He will be protested against.
ReplyDeleteI do break rank with many of my conservative compatriots over the war, i.e., I thought and still think was one of the worse decisions the nation has ever made.
ReplyDeleteBut to err, to use bad judgement at times, is entirely human, and to paint the Bush admin. as evil just shows how "out of it" code pink is.
Futher, leave it to liberals to be, as usual, as stupid and ineffiectual as ever.
If they're trying to draw attention to the negative aspects of the war, if their goal (and it's a good one) is get to get out of Iraq as quickly as humanly possible, then the best thing they can do is just stay the hell home.
They're a lead weight around the neck of their own clause, and I constantly have to explain that I'm NOT one of them -- we just happen to agree on one issue. They are such on embarassment, I'm almost ready to change my position.
Also, if they think Obama will be able to give them what they want, they should think again:
The War & the (Probable) Sad Delusions of Obama Supporters
What are these people going to do with themselves once January 20th comes along?
ReplyDeleteI've never had he honor of seeing a president in person. How do these idiots repeatedly gain access to events where Bush is speaking? Senate hearings, public events, etc. How do they do it?
ReplyDeleteyeah, celebrating liberty and justice for all at the plantation home of a slave owner, but you object to people exercising their right of free speech. You are so classy!
ReplyDeleteBush is most definitely a war profiteer and a war criminal. And I'm a libertarian, in case you were wondering. I'm so proud of some of our fine people here in the states to resist such brainwashing.

anon, you miss the point completely, seemingly not an unusual thing for you.
ReplyDeleteThe point is the rights of those who had their rights violated by the pinkies. You see, those people gathered somewhere for a specific purpose. Whether or not you agree or approve of that purpose is without consequence. To disrupt those who gathered to force your opinion on them is a violation of their rights and in a perfect world they would have the leagal right to slap the snot out of those who invaded their space to try and force them to listen to an absurd point of view.
