Benning a <I>military</I> reservation, not Indian.<BR/><BR/>He apparently took part in an annual protest of the Western Hemisphere Institute of Security Cooperation (formerly the School of the Americas or SOA), entered the facility through a portion of the fence that the protesters took down, and was arrested.<BR/><BR/>Military reservation = Federal offense.<BR/><BR/>Ironically, the annual protest commemorates 6 Jesuits who were killed by SOA graduates in El Salvador in the last millennium.Chrishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05258481850517886429noreply@blogger.com
