Korea has at times been tripping over itself to accommodate the two gens of paranoid psychos that created and rule N. Korea. I think it's the Bomb that has begun to give focus. The thing is, SK has so much more to lose; delete Pyonyang and you mainly dispose of an empty showpiece mausoleum.
