Kristol pointed to the fact that ALL of the DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES are speaking at the Far-Left America-hating Yearly Kos convention.
Think Progress has the video.
Juan Williams fires back on Kristol with the most foolish response by a nutroot supporter in years...
That America agrees with the nutroots!
Just as a reminder---
Here is a look at your average nutrooter at Daily Kos:

** Marxist supporter who cheers a dictator who shoots at the opposition.
** Anti-Semitic Jew hater.
** Ahmadinejad lover.
** Wish the White House Press Secretary Tony Snow death.

** Believe the US troops are mercenaries.
** Michael Moore defeatist.
** Believe, foolishly, that Muslims are the New Jews.
** And, of course scream, "Screw them!" when American civilian contractors are brutally murdered and strung from a bridge.
Sorry, Juan... I'm not buying it.
Oh... And, for the nutroots to claim that Yearly Kos has nothing to do with Daily Kos- Please, that is just ridiculous.

ReplyDeletethey are truly as disturbed as they are disturbing.. *sigh*
to quote Jesus, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do"..
as for me.. if Iraq winds up being another slaughter house due to their efforts vs pro-liberation & human rights.. as a mere mortal, i'm afraid i could not & would not be able to forgive them!!

"Juan Williams: "Majority of Americans Are Anti-Semitic, Ahmadinejad-Loving, Soldier-Hating, Marxist Supporters""
ReplyDeleteSee the quotation marks? Gateway Pissant is asserting that Juan Williams said those exact words.
Yet if you watch the video... you see that Williams says nothing of the sort.
What is it with Gateway Pissant that he thinks he can tell blatant, obvious lies to his readers, and no one will ever call him on it? This is exactly the same thing he tried with a video of Charles Rangel three months ago.
Seriously, Pissant: Get help. Your pathological lying will ruin your life, sooner or later.
bg: "if Iraq winds up being another slaughter house"
ReplyDeleteIF? IF? it is now you moron and the Iraqis will most likely never forgive any of us thanks to people like you and George Bush.
What will really be fun is to watch the Gateway liar piss his pants every day for 8 long years while America has a government that we can actually be proud of...

Welcome to Baghdad
excerpt:
[After having spent several days Baghdad’s Green Zone and Red Zone, I still haven’t heard or seen any explosions. It’s a peculiar war. It is almost a not-war. Last July’s war in Northern Israel and Southern Lebanon was hundreds of times more violent and terrifying than this one. Explosions on both sides of the Lebanese-Israeli border were constant when I was there.
You’d think explosions and gunfire define Iraq if you look at this country from far away on the news. They do not. The media is a total distortion machine.]
you really need to do some research, the good news is pouring out of Iraq from everywhere, except from the MSM & Defeatocrat outlets (who said they wouldn't believe it anyways, seems they like being stuck in their Vietnam echo chamber)..
hey, ya wanna catch liers?? in your case, DC would be equivilant to paradise.. bwahahaha!!

ReplyDeleteBarbara Starr (CNN) reporting from Ramadi Iraq
Iraqi Army cleans Baghdadi of insurgency
excerpt:
[Marines walked alongside Iraqi army soldiers through cliffs, villages and palm groves as they used the training they had received to discover any hidden caches.
Iraqi locals cheered for the Iraqi army and Marines as they passed.]
Ubaidi, Anbakia tribes sign peace agreement in Diyala
excerpts:
[Sheik Hamed Hazber Hasan Abdal al-Anbak, paramount sheik for the Anbakia tribe, and a key tribal leader from the Ubaidi tribe, have been meeting for the past several months to discuss and work through grievances between their respective tribes.
By signing the peace agreement, the tribes agreed to “swear by God and his holy book Quran that we will unite in fighting terrorism in our areas.”]
[Key promises of the agreement include ending tribal infighting and kidnappings; providing names of tribal members operating against the people; fighting al-Qaida within Diyala; cooperating and working with the Iraqi security forces to assist in discovering improvised explosive devices and locating corrupt individuals within the government and security forces; honoring the law; solving agricultural disputes within tribes and assist in returning displaced families to their homes.
After signing the agreement, both tribal leaders placed their hand on the Quran to signify their commitment to the stipulations of the agreement.]

fyi: a little over half of Iraq's population are minors.. these are the innocents the Dems wish US to abandon in order to bring Bush to his knees.. are their lives worth throwing to the wolves in order to win an election??
oh & btw.. what do you suppose the Iraqi children who manage to live through what would follow US leaving wouild grow up seeking, i can assure you it will be revenge.. apparently the Dems don't think beyond the 08 election.. an election win now is worth more to the Dems than anything our future generatios will be left to face.. if you think you've seen enough, i have a newsflash for you, we ain't seen nothin' yet.. if we leave now, what happens in the future will make what's happening now look like a cake walk in comparison..

Here's the really, really fun part about all the Rubberstamp Republicants' whining about how far "The Left" has taken "The Democrats":
ReplyDeleteI guess 70% of the country is now "The Democrats"!
Every time they accuse "The Democrats" of being The Marxists, The Defeat-o-crats, or any of a bunch of their other toy-chest full of petty, obnoxious, childish names, they turn away -- not "The Democrats" but the INDEPENDENTS who also think George W. Bush is The Worst President Ever!!!
LMFAO!
Keep up the foolish finger-pointing and obnoxious name-calling, kids.
It's alienating about 2/3 of the country (and climbing) who aren't Loyal Bushies and who want out of Iraq.
And YOU are the ones with 22 Senate seats to defend, against just 12 for Democrats!!!
Seriously, think about what you're doing. How can y'all possibly be so stupid?
Oh, yeah... You're still Loyal Bushies.
Stupidity obviously comes with the territory; you still believe every word Bush tells you to believe. Gag.

this war is not about Bush, you, me, or the man in the moon.. it's about affording millions of oppressed people's the liberty to rule themselves as they deem fit..
we are and have been fighting a dual war in Iraq, neither of which should have been politicized.. but alas, as unfortunate as it has been for human rights, the Democrats have done a great job along with their AQ et al cohorts in obstructing all efforts..
"Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty."
-John F. Kennedy's Inaugural Address, January 20th, 1961
"Our duty as a party is not to our party alone, but to the nation and, indeed, to all mankind. Our duty is not merely the preservation of political power but the preservation of peace and freedom.
John F. Kennedy, speech planed for Dallas Texas, 11-22-1960
"There will always be dissident voices heard in the land, expressing opposition without alternatives, finding fault but never favor, perceiving gloom on every side and seeking influence without responsibility.
John F. Kennedy, Speech for Dallas Texas, 11-22-1963 nut never delivered."
the Democrat Party of today does NOT carry JFK's torch.. a Party of which i was once proud to be a member of.. is a Party no more.. :(

ReplyDeletesorry, i didn't notice the typo when i copied & pasted the following JFK quote..

it now stands corrected..
God Bless Soldiers everywhere for putting THEIR
lives on the line to protect us ALL from terrorism!

Al-Qaeda faces rebellion from the ranks
excerpts:
[Fed up with being part of a group that cuts off a person’s face with piano wire to teach others a lesson, dozens of low-level members of al-Qaeda in Iraq are daring to become informants for the US military in a hostile Baghdad neighbourhood.
The ground-breaking move in Doura is part of a wider trend that has started in other al-Qaeda hotspots across the country and in which Sunni insurgent groups and tribal sheikhs have stood together with the coalition against the extremist movement.]
[It is impossible to corroborate the claims, but he said that scores of junior al-Qaeda in Iraq members there had become informants since May, including one low-level cell leader who gave vital information after his arrest.
“He gave us dates, places and names and who did what,” Lieutenant Danly said. When asked why he was being so forthcoming, the man said: “Because I am sick of it and I hate them, and I am done.”]
go figure, and please inform sissies, er, Sen. Reid & Pelosi et al..
oh wait a sec.. AQ is in Iraq, but that doesn't count.. we need to fight them in Afghanistan because that's where they had their base.. extremely logical don't you think?? i mean AQ et al had emdedded it's organizations in over 60 countries.. long before we even thought of going into Iraq.. so let me get this straight, no matter where the enemy is, the GLOBAL WAR ON TERROR is in Afghanistan.. so we should fight them in Afghanistan no matter where they are globally.. hmm, think i get it now.. yep, the Dems are imbeciles!!

ReplyDelete""We have all made mistakes. But Dante tells us that divine justice weighs the sins of the cold-blooded and the sins of the warm-hearted on different scales. I have listened to conservative talk show host perpetrate a daily vendetta of hate against Barack and his wife Michelle. They try to excoriate his presidential candidacy by linking his core beliefs with certain of his associates, namely, his pastor, Dr Jeremiah A. Wright
ReplyDeleteof Trinity United Church of Christ.
Recently the media has concentrated on sermons given by the Rev Wright, as pure racist rhetoric. Although Rev Wright is right citing many wrongs of this country, he does go over board a bit at times. However, to say Barack Obama embraces every word and belief of Rev Wright, is also going over board. According to the Senator, it was Rev Wright who brought him to Christ in 1972, and they have been close friends ever since. Most of Rev Wright’s sermons are centered around garnering a positive attitude in his congregation. Only occasionally does he get into those fiery political criticisms of the country.
Over the past 20 years, Obama has been a member, I don’t think there is a single person that could truthfully say he (Obama) believes in those criticisms. If you have ever been a member of any church, I am sure you have known of and rejected certain beliefs of the pastoral shepherd. But conservatives never discuss this possibility. Busily placing emphasis on guilt by association, they try to say Obama is a racist, although he is not. If this was so, he would also reject everyone on his own white mother’s side of the family.
There are also associations Obama had in his past that have been resurrected to fuel conservative critics. Frank Marshal Davis, Lewis Farrakhan and William Ayers -- of which have their radical views but, just as with Obama’s pastor, perhaps he found other redeeming qualities in these people without embracing their radical views.
Personally, I have known some detestable people in my life, people who are guilty of painful acts to myself and others, but I was raised not to judge others. Since all people have some good in them, this allowed me to treat them cordially however infrequently our path crossed. Hopefully, Barack Obama is of this moral character. This is a good trait in a leader, -- an ability to sit down even with sworn enemies, to listen to them state their case, then intelligently evaluate their merits, if any. It is all to easy to foment hatred and paranoia toward someone you don’t know, not given an opportunity to communicate your mutual concerns. Sabre rattling threats and isolation do not encourage diplomacy, only ill will.
Finally, Michelle Obama has been vilified for her statement: “For the first time in my adult life, I am REALLY proud of my country”. Leave it to the conservative talking heads to take her words out of context. This is a classic case of lies by omission. They refuse to quote her statement correctly by omitting the word “really”. What she actually meant was; for the first time in her adult life was really proud of her country (because of the way her husband has been accepted). One could cite her (and pundits) for not including this clarification.
I share her sentiments, that for the first time in my life, I am proud of the enlightened citizens of the United States have the courage to have a man of colour as President.
