Picture Proof... Hostage Taker Ahmadinejad Met With Khomeini

Previously, former US embassy hostages claimed that Ahmadinejad was one of their captors.
This was later denied by the regime and a former regime agent.

But, a new photo that just surfaced in Iran may prove that Ahmadinejad did indeed have a hand in kidnapping Americans at the US Embassy in Tehran.

Madness meets Madness...

Maybe it's just my old eyesight but I sure would like to see a histogram of the shades of grey for this photo, the darkness of his hair seems to be a step above all others in this photo.

It could be a very carefully done photoshop or someone just sharpened his image or at least adjusted the gamma with the intentions to make his likeness easier to see.

To me when comparing the sharpness of him the the other guy sitting next to the man and then looking 2 guys to his own right to the geek with the glasses the fuzziness of the rest of the crowd picture seems to be out of synch with the sharpness for the two guys to the right of Special K.

The geek guy is in the same depth of field and there is a major sharpness difference and lighting intensity and even the shirt our hero is wearing seems to have more color density than almost anybody else in the photo.

Every other person in the photo besides those two seems to have a washed out look, even the tents on the gals don't have such saturation from all appearances.

Really would love to have the original photo to do some analysis on.

Looking at the skin tones of the hand of the guy sitting next to Big K and the guy one over with his hands clasp in his lap and you see a major drop in skin tonal detail which shouldn't have that much of a drop.

Also the right pant leg looks to have a look of wide banded artifacts left from a paste job almost like a double width outline someone forgot to blend in when you contrast it to the directly adjacent background without people in it.

From having seen my wife do tons of photoshop stuff over the years it looks like the two guys in the row behind ADJ's head were laid in first then the man and the guy with the clipboard. Then the next layer was the two guys (including the glasses geek) and the three in the front row as a group. Possibly in the same layer you add in Big K and the two to his left then finally pop in the group at the bottom.

The back of the head hair detail of the guy to K's left is way different from the guy sitting by himself in front of the gals. Way to much sharpness difference there.

Also there seems to be what you could almost say would be a drop shadow effect of the left shoulder of glasses geek and others next to him which is different than those around them.

  7. Um, I wouldn't doubt for a moment that he met with Khomeini. But I'd be lying if I said I had any certainty it's him in that picture.

It's ridiculous to post this photo and claim he "met with" Khomeini. He's one of a group of (probably) students who was present at some sort of event. And, like others have said, it may not even be him.

  9. We have an Iranian reader who XLTed the caption...

    FYI,
The writing on the right hand side reads: "AhmadiNezhad 30 years ago".

  10. ++

picture or no picture.. we know A & K were part of the 1979 revolution.. hence, involved in the hostage taking..

we also damn well know that Amadjerkoff & Khomeini are & have been meeting quite frequently since he became prez.. and we don't need a picture to prove it..

hence imho, this is much ado about nothing..

  11. Sorry but all I can make out of the photo is a target-rich environment.

  12. Interesting that Iran published the photo after his trip to the U.S.

If they published it before, we could have held him on kidnapping charges!

  13. You know its odd just looking at that collection of sociopath clowns with their beards and moustaches...

Sort of reminds one of that old joke:

    Q. Why do they all where moustaches?

    A. Because it reminds them of mom...
