There has been an increased amount of study on the 72 virgin situation in paradise. The researchers have come to the conclusion that the management of paradise is having to supply slightly used virgins due to the sudden influx of 'jihadis' lately. Under normal conditions the management at paradise should be able to keep up with the demand but with all of the new applicants within the last two years the demand has far outpaced the supply. This will unfortunately be the case for the foreseeable future.
actually, things are going so well that they just might be able to start coming home..
but whenever, it certainly won't be any political thug from either side of the isle who makes the call.. Bush always has & still is leaving decisions up to those in charge on the ground in Iraq, of whom i believe at this juncture would be Petraeus.. :)
