No where in that article does McCellan suggest that Bush is a "dope." But I guess that is what you get from limited comprehension.
Personally, I have no problem with a candidate drinking a beer or busting a move (if that's what you call it). With Hillary, I have a sneaking suspicion it is highly contrived however the press has been particularly harsh on her while giving St Obama a pass. Just a prelude to November.

We've never seen Barry With No Middle Name drink. At least I don't remember seeing him. Could this be a lingering aspect of his long repressed Muslum upbringing?
In general, I regard the display of bravado in the course of sucking down alcohol to be a major character defect.
