Ace of Spades has the story behind the photo.
Larry Johnson at No Quarters says that Michelle Obama made her "whitey" comment during a panel discussion with these ladies.
Johnson says that the tape will be released tomorrow.
We'll see.
Ace also has the scoop on the big video release party tomorrow.
UPDATE: Here is more on the rumor from Sister Rosetta:
We're seeing on various boards another possibility for what the Michelle Obama Rant Video could be, and this one is from 2004, at a panel discussion Michelle Obama participated in when Barack Obama was running for his Illinois Senate seat.
At this event, Michelle was there with Mrs. Farrakhan, Louis Farrakhan's wife, and not with Farrkhan himself. The confusion could be related to the fact that someone just typed "Farrakhan" without adding the Mr. or Mrs. and people just assumed it was Louis Farrakhan and not his wife.
The event was the July 26th, 2004 Rainbow/PUSH Coaltion's 33rd Annual Conference, held in Chicago.
Some of the attendees at the event were:
(1) Michelle Obama, wife of then-US Senate candidate Barack Obama
(2) Mother Khadijah Farrakhan, wife of Minister Louis Farrakhan
(3) Mrs. James Meeks, wife of Rev. James Meeks
Note: The timing of this event is really interesting, because it was on July 26th, 2004, the day the Democratic Party opened its Convention in Boston (where Barack Obama would give the keynote address on July 27th, the very next day, which first introduced him to a national audience). So, this panel discussion Michelle participated in occured before Obama was a household name - and thus before national media was paying any attention to what Michelle Obama was doing.
It's highly unlikely any mainstream press attended the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition's 33rd Annual Conference, so it's very plausible Michelle Obama could have felt perfectly comfortable launching into an explosive rant there, without fear of her words being immediately made public (as opposed to her doing something like this after her husband was a known entity on the national stage, where she would, we assume, be more restrained with her opinions). Ironically, it seems July 26th would have been the very last possible day for Michelle to have done something like this, in relative anonymity.
There's no tape and IF there is, that's not what she said.
ReplyDeleteDo I have that right?
I STILL do NOT believe it's coming from the Republicans. I STILL believe it's Hillary via Republican outlets.
She's making it look like she's bowing out BUT she can probably be talked back into running, all for the good of the party of course.
You can't play a playa.
you know what? i am really tired of the pass being given to black america and whoever else supports this twit and his racist wife.
ReplyDeletea candidate of any other color would never make it this far given these associations.
the hateful associations that obomba has maintained for many years are astounding. a radical, unrepentant terrorist(why is ayers not being retried? and jailed?); a looney preacher who lauds another racist looney jew-hater;this "palestinian" jerk who spews vile distorted "history". shoot, obomba is shown dining and listening intently to edweird said, who every intelligent person knows is the biggest liar re the so called "palestinians".
america!!! hellooooooo???!!! is anyone home???
we could go on an on: israel is a sore, the jews are inflexible in the peace process, nobody has suffered more than the "palestinians". what? are we writing a leftist jew-hating handbook here?
the idiot wants to talk with iran, and thinks it's just a "tiny country". ooooooookay.
this guy makes the moniker "moonbeam" sound timid.
so how come black america, 60% of jewish voters and all these young people get a pass on this? at least in the jewish press, those who are sane and refuse to drink the kool-aide are taking their brothers and sisters to task. how many black americans besides elder, steele, and a few more are doing that?
it's so disgustingly chic to support this nitwit.
people, wake up. mccain needs to be coached to be dynamic and the rest of us, regardless of politcal view have to get the word out to somehow pour hot coffee into all these kool-aide drunks.
how about we support national obamanonymous groups? kinda like 12 step, you know, hi my name is tyrell and i'm an obmaniac.
billboards that say "get help, before it's too late" etc.
we're talkin' the safety and continuation of life on planet earth folks!!! not just an election.
we have a responsibility here to all of humanity to stop this insanity!!!
get busy!!! stay busy
Dude, you are ON IT! whether or not this tape exists makes no difference. If it's not crystal clear already what these two are about, open your eyes! These two HATE AMERICA. Oh, and now he's endorsed by "Peanut Brain" Carter; one more reason NOT to vote for him!
ReplyDeleteThis is a clear contradiction of facts, which points to the obvious conclusion: there is no tape.
ReplyDeleteContradiction: Larry asserts the following - "It features Michelle Obama and Louis Farrakhan. They are sitting on a panel at Jeremiah Wright’s Church when Michelle makes her intemperate remarks. Whoops!!"
While in this little piece above, we are now told it is a video of a panel where Michelle was featured with Minister Farrakhan's wife, and not him. Also, the conference was supposed to be at the Church, where this above mentioned conference is a PUSH conference - aka Jesse Jackson's organization.
Your jig is up...
Whoever is holding this supposed tape should either shut up about it or release it already. This mini circus surrounding its supposed existence only makes the whole situation a joke.
ReplyDeleteIf I was in the Obama camp I would generate such rumors if for no other reason than to discredit the other side when it ultimately never comes out.
People should be careful about what rumors to believe or pass on
I am usually VERY skeptical of this kind of stuff, but I think this video footage does exist. I think once a network gets it, it will run it through legal services first, so that the network cannot be held libel, if the Obama camp says it was doctored...
ReplyDeleteThe fallout will drive the entire Democratic ticket, so it will be the whitey heard around the world.
Ask yourself, with what I factually know about Ms. Obama, is it likely she participated in the panel discussion and had a rant???
I have my popcorn ready...
After living in the suburbs of Chicago for over 16 years I wouldn't doubt that there is a tape. I'll be truly surprised if there isn't.
ReplyDeleteSOMEONE POSTED THE VIDEO FINALLY ON YOUTUBE!! IT IS MUCH WORSE THAN WE THOUGHT! SHE IS SOOO SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSearch f5fKvAyvH5o on youtube if the link to my name isn't working!!!
