On another Web site, a guy and I had an interesting exchange on a different article of faith that's part of the liberal church.
Here's my question:
The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, the Robb-Silverman Commission, the 9/11 Commission, the British Lord Butler and Lord Hutton Reports, former Iraq Survey Group heads David Kay and Charles Duelfer, and the Australian government all concluded Bush didn't lie about Iraq or pressure intelligence analysts to lie.
Were they all wrong?
Here's his answer:
I still think Bush lied. Of course there are many levels of lies and honesty. I think all those reports you quoted me are wrong. I have no proof its just intuition so there is no reason to argue over how accurate my intuition is. It is what I believe.
Breathtaking.
What percentage of the country "thinks" like this?
