Hillraiser Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild Says Obama is "Elitist"

More problems for the Obama Campaign...
“Hillraiser” Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild appeared Monday on Fox News’ Your World .

Rothschild, a Hillary Clinon supporter, set up the Together 4 Us anti-Obama website.
Here she is on Your World, via Rumproast:

This is what she said about the Obama Campaign:

Question: And, you saw misogyny's role in the downfall of Hillary?

Rothschild: Look, it's very hard to look at some of the comments that were made during the campaign and not believe that, right?
Rothschild has set up meetings with the McCain camp.

Last night Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild appeared on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360° and said the following about Barack Obama, via Rumproast:

"This is a hard decision for me personally because, frankly, I don’t like him. I feel like he is an elitist. I feel like he has not given me reason to trust him."
Rumproast, a shocked Obama supporter, has the video.
It's pretty bad when a priveleged woman from British society calls you an elitist.

UPDATE: This won't help Obama gain the trust of the Hillary supporters.
He forgot to ask for donations for Hillary at last night's "Unity" event.

    She's from Jersey, not Britain.

No, she just looks foolish- a woman from a wealthy family who married into an even wealthier one calling someone an elitist.
Obama is a guy from a single-parent home who lived with his grandparents for most of his teens. He has an Ivy League education, yes, but so does Pres. Bush (Bush only got in through a legacy admission).

Apparently you don't think Affirmative Action might have had something to do with the way Obama and his wife entered Ivy League schools.

It might have, but Obama is a very good writer and speaker, so I don't think he is a stupid guy. Even if it wasn't for affirmative action he would have gotten into a good school.
By the way, legacy admissions are another form of affirmative action- for rich white people.

  5. Yeah, he's a good speaker...when he has a teleprompter.

When he's on the stump or off the cuff or being asked hard questions...not so much. In one interview, he was asked a hard question and said "ah" or "um" eleven times in a 90 second answer.
Not that great for a "good speaker"...

Where are your facts re: Bush being a legacy admission? That's a new one, haven't heard that one from a Lefty yet.

Be sure to tell us what your education level is and where you graduated from. And no fair lying about it, either.

Foolish? I'm sure she speaks more languages than Bambi and his wife together. The only one acting foolish has been Obama with his flip-flopping. But then again, that's not really foolish, that's expected from someone who has no idea of anything.

Obama's not a good speaker or writer. He's a good parrot. Hmm, I shall refer to him as "Polly" from now on.

And I agree with TheBronze, she's quite... RAWR!!

  8. The wheels are really falling off both the Obamabus and the Dembus.

The Dems and Obama have angered and ostracized any and all who are not true believers in the anti American leftist/Marxist agenda of the owners of the Democratic party and the Obama's. People who are treated that way do not just "get over it, sweetie" and obey.

Obama's waffles and flip-flops have now angered segments of the left and the nutroots so badly they are beginning to turn on Obama like the rabid dogs they are.

There is no way Obama can win over the Clinton democrats, period. He isn't even trying. There is also no way he will be able to convince all of us "redneck racist morons" that he is anything but what he actually is-a racist, elitist, America hating, Islamofascist loving Marxist.

So where does that leave Obama and the Dems? With the Dukakis coalition of white elitists and blacks and with a electoral college map that looks like 1988, too.

Add to the above the fact that the Dems have really dug themselves into a hole with their "let them heat with cake" attitude. They have read the internals and know that they stand a very good chance of losing the senate and possibly the house. After all, telling folks to "heat with cake and wait for the wind to push their cars" is not going to be a winning strategy especially in the northern states who are beginning to realize how much it is going to cost them to heat their homes this winter. Of course they will attempt to spin this but the only ones who are going to buy it are themselves.

And to top it off will be the effect of the convention. There is a 50-50 chance that along with the Obamapalooza at Ivesco the American public will be treated to scenes of downtown Denver looking like Beirut. This is something that will not make a great impression on the citizens of Colorado much less the rest of the nation (outside of San Francisco and Berzerkley) and it is not something that the Dems and their useful fools in the MSM can spin into some "evil rethuglican plot". If those scenes are repeated at the Republican convention it will cost the Dems even more support.

Being a good speaker is not a sign of intelligence.
Many actors and actresses, can memorize lines and recite them back with conviction.
I wouldn't however, make the mistake of calling them intelligent.
That being said, I do not think Obama is a stupid man. Unfortunately, he needed more time on the national front in order to develop into a cohesive and well thought out candidate. Change is fine but it doesn't make up for the lack of experience and as Rudy said, not all change is good.

This former Dem isn't going to get over it. Obama not only sat back and benefited from the sexism, his campaign participated in it! McCain was the ONLY person outside of the Clinton campaign to decry the treatment of Clinton; the Democratic party just let the Clinton nutcrackers and Bros before Hos t-shirts go without a comment.

    Screw them.

I'm voting McCain. I may not agree with him on everything but I have a much better idea about who he is and he certainly has a lot more experience.

Regardless of Obama's humble upbringing, he is a first class elitist and has proven it over and over again in the last couple years. Any humility Obama once had was tossed into the Great Lakes when he became part of the liberal Chicago political machine.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Look at Ronald Reagan, for example of an actor who spoke his lines quite well.

At least with Ronald Reagan you knew where he stood, unlike the Obamamessiah who if you do not like his stand on an issue wait five minutes and hope he doesn't change his position yet again. Obama has more waffles then IHOP and more flip-flops then Wal Mart. And for someone who is so "intelligent and educated" as Obama is supposed to be he certainly is clueless about many things like how the economy works.

Reagan also understood the "simple things" like what the constitution actually says and how government works unlike Obama who for someone who allegedly specialized in constitutional law he sure doesn't have a farking clue about the constitution. Of course, he has only concentrated on how he and his Marxist buddies can rip the constitution to shreds.

So you can save your ignorant and childish snarks for your buddies in the fever swamps of Kos. You can also tell them when you get back there that your Obamamessiah will still be the junior Senator from Illinois on Inauguration Day, that is if he isn't indicted for FEC and SEC violations.

I have a master's degree in chemistry from a state college and a bachelor's from a small Christian college in my home state.

I thought that everyone knew Bush was a legacy admission. As for you calling me a lefty, well I am a lefty compared to far right people like the commenters here, but people at Daily Kos would probably call me right-wing.

Obama is an elitist, I agree; most Ivy League educated people are, even those that came from humble beginnings.
But what about Phil Gramm?(McCain's economic policy adviser) who said that our economic problems are purely "mental" and that Americans are "a nation of whiners"? That's worse than elitist.

You're right. Ronald Reagan was an actor.

One who graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. I repeat: Economics.

    So, STFU.

Do any of you actually know anything about Lady Lynn? Apparently not. This is from a profile of her done Financial Mail:

Lady Lynn grew up with a fierce work ethic that had her pumping gasoline into aeroplanes as her first summer job back in New Jersey.

‘Frankly, for the last 15 years I haven’t had to work at all. But I love it and I think it’s because of the way I grew up.

‘My father was always working and we - my brothers and I - always had some sort of weekend or summer job.

‘It was just always enforced that I needed to become financially independent. And in fact, being so competitive with my brothers, I always had the feeling that ultimately, I myself could take care of things better.’

After studying law at Columbia, Lady Lynn joined Manhattan firm Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett on Park Avenue. She met and married a local politician, Andrew Stein, and had two sons, Ben and Jake. Like her friend Hilary Clinton, she was the breadwinner.

‘It was a 14 hour a day, seven days a week job which left me very little time for anything else,’ she says.

    For Nahanni,

Have we found a place to stump our hate talk? Good for you. You will be another person in the pews watching as we 'Obamafaithful' sweep this nation. Enjoy the show. Get a grip on the definition of elitist, the fundamentals of Marxism, and the implications of how your hate based racist attitudes will affect your children.

I totally agree that there was a lot of sexism in the treatment of Hilary Clinton. As an African woman and a Democrat, I was sickened by it, but I think this woman is a racist.

I hear she is now backing McCain because she thinks Barack Obama is "arrogant." For black people in England--educated, professional Africans especially--the word translates to "uppity."

I really don't care what she thinks and I wish people would stop blaming Obama because he does connect with racist people like herself. It is not HIS fault.
